Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of “KauMae AI” (the “Service”), operated by Naiuse LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service uses AI to analyze URLs, images, and text you provide, and generates decision-support material: risks to verify before signing a contract, questions to ask the seller, decline messages, and summaries to share with family.

2. Disclaimers

• Results are AI-generated reference information. The Service does not provide legal advice, does not determine fraud or illegality, and does not provide investment or medical advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results. Errors may occur.
• The decision to sign any contract is yours alone. We accept no liability for damages arising from contracts you enter into.
• For legal disputes, consult a lawyer or your local consumer protection agency.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorized access, excessive automated access, or reverse engineering
• Submitting third parties’ personal information without their consent
• Using results to defame or interfere with any specific business
• Any conduct that violates applicable law or public order

4. Paid services

The Detailed Report and Full Pre-Contract Check are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Prices are shown at checkout. Because of the nature of digital content, refunds after delivery are generally not available, except where required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence). For payment problems such as duplicate charges, contact us via the Operator Information page.

5. Report URL management

• There are no user accounts. Paid reports are accessible only via the private URL issued after payment. You are responsible for keeping that URL.
• If you lose the URL, we hold no information that identifies you, so the report generally cannot be reissued. Save the PDF right after purchase.
• Anyone who knows the URL can view the report. Handle it with care.
• Input data and reports are deleted after the retention period (90 days).

6. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice.

We may update these terms; updates take effect when posted on this page.

8. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese version prevails in case of any inconsistency. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights you hold under the consumer protection law of your country of residence.
