Does this tell me if something is a scam?
No. This service does not determine whether anything is a scam or illegal. It organizes what you should verify before signing — and generates questions to ask, a decline message, and a summary you can share with family.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. For contract disputes or refund negotiations, consult a lawyer or your local consumer protection agency (in the US: reportfraud.ftc.gov; in the EU: your national consumer centre).
Are my uploaded screenshots stored?
Uploaded images are kept in private storage and automatically deleted within 7 days. Input text and analysis results are kept for 90 days for quality improvement and re-display. Contact us if you want your data deleted sooner.
Can I use it after I've already signed up?
Yes. Even after signing, it helps you organize questions for the seller and identify which screens to save as evidence. It does not guarantee refunds or cancellation outcomes.
What if the analysis is wrong?
AI analysis can contain errors. Please use the "Seems wrong" feedback button on the result page — it helps us improve. Results are reference information only; the final decision is always yours.
What does the risk score mean?
It's a caution indicator from 0 to 100. It does not measure legal risk — it reflects how many things you should verify before signing, and how serious they are. A high score means: don't decide on the spot; verify with the seller and talk to someone you trust.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
I lost my report URL. Can it be reissued?
Generally no. There are no accounts and we don't collect email addresses or any information that identifies you, so we have no way to verify which payment belongs to whom. The report page has a PDF download button — save the PDF right after purchase and bookmark the URL. For payment problems such as duplicate charges, contact us via the address on the Operator Information page.
How long can I view my report?
Analysis data is retained for 90 days. After that, the report is no longer viewable even with the URL. Download the PDF if you need it long-term.
