“KauMae AI” (the “Service”), operated by Naiuse LLC, handles your data as follows.

1. Data we collect

• URLs, text, and images you submit for analysis
• Analysis results (AI-generated JSON data)
• Payment references (Stripe payment IDs; we never store card numbers)
• Usage events for service improvement (page views, button clicks)
• Feedback (ratings and optional comments)

We do not require accounts and do not collect names or email addresses.

2. Retention

• Uploaded images: deleted within 7 days (stored privately)
• Input URLs, extracted text, analysis results: 90 days
• Payment records: as long as required for legal and accounting purposes
• Feedback: 180 days

3. Purposes

• Generating and re-displaying analysis results
• Delivering paid reports and processing payments
• Improving service quality and investigating issues

4. AI processing

Your input is used only to generate your analysis. We do not use it to train AI models. Analysis is performed via third-party AI APIs (e.g., Anthropic) and payment via Stripe; their processing is governed by their own policies. Data may be processed on servers located outside your country, including Japan and the United States.

5. Personal information in uploads

Please hide names, phone numbers, addresses, and payment details before uploading where possible. If personal information was submitted by mistake, request deletion via the contact below.

6. Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Your rights and deletion requests

You may request deletion of your input data and results at any time via the contact on the Operator Information page. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may also have rights of access, rectification, and erasure under the GDPR; we will honor such requests to the extent we can associate the data with you (note: we hold no account or identity information, so please include the report URL or payment reference in your request).
